Imtiyaz Shaikh

I am currently working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Gehry Technologies in Los Angeles.
I completed my Masters (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering (Dec 2003) from Washington State University, with specialization in Virtual Reality and CAD/CAM Applications. It was a great learning experience, both on professional and personal front, working with my advisors Dr. Uma Jayaram and Dr. Sankar Jayaram, and my exciting colleagues - YoungJun, Vikas, HoongSoo, Prasanna, Charles.
I was born and brought up in INDIA, and completed my undergraduate education - Bachelors of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering (Aug 1995) from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune, India. I worked for two years at Bajaj Tempo Ltd, a leading automobile industry in India as a Design Engineer in the R&D dept.

I love my life and all the people in it so I want to take the opportunity to thank them for everything!!

Hobbies: I love soccer, going on drives, camping, and visiting new places. Another passion of mine is food, and love non-vegetarian food.
