WSU VRCIM Lab
Advisor: S. Jayaram, PhD
Allow me to
introduce myself! This is a picture of my wife, Shannon, and I.
I performed R&D in the VRCIM lab adapting VADE for simulation of heavy
machinery assembly. I worked very closely with Mr. Tatsuki Mitsui, a
fellow graduate student and visiting engineer from Komatsu. I earned
an MS in ME from WSU in Spring 2001.
I am currently
working for the
Itronix Corporation in Spokane, WA. Itronix is a world leader in
the design and manufacture of rugged laptop, handheld and tablet PCs.
These are machines that function while being frozen, baked, soaked,
shaken and dropped. They also have excellent wireless performance,
offering integrated Bluetooth, WiFi, WAN and GPS.
I work as a
mechanical design engineer for Itronix’s handheld and tablet division.
I enjoy the creative outlet and the challenges the work provides.
Feel free to
contact me at work or home. I’ll be happy to hear from you.

When I’m not
working at the office, you can almost guarantee that I’m working at
home—helping Shannon raise our four beautiful daughters or fixing this
or that.
