Charles L. DeChenne

Current Whereabouts: I currently work at a company called Integrated Engineering Solutions (IES) as a Software Engineer. They are a small firm located in the wheat fields of Pullman, WA. The projects I’ve dealt with at IES have had a graphical focus, however, newer projects that I’m involved in are geared more towards engineering processes. It is an exciting company to work for, and the rewards for seeing the software I created are great.

Achievements: Although it was a part of my graduate work, I finally had one of my papers accepted by the Journal of Biomechanics. The paper focuses on hip replacements and will hopefully be published in August.

Hobbies: I try to make the most of my spare time by running, hiking, camping, playing ultimate Frisbee, digging out a basement, … yanno, the usual.
